9 creatives, in the order they run
The hero sets up the idea. The sheet shows how it carries through the campaign.
Select any frame to inspect itA day of life
The everyday life around a home, before the home itself.
Mornings here already have a rhythm. Homes here already have their morning rituals. Tomorrow's school shirt is already drying. Someone learned to ride here. Evenings here already have regulars.
The proof is already here
Daily details become reasons to believe.
Lived in. Not staged. Don't take our word for it. Ask Phase 1.
Your home is next
The finished neighbourhood and the proposed next chapter.
The neighbourhood is already here. Your home is next.
Come and see
An invitation to experience the neighbourhood.
Come at 6:30.
The thinking
Brief (self-set)
A launch campaign that sells the life around a home before the home itself, with nothing invented: no prices, sizes, distances or amenities.
Audience
Home buyers in Pune West considering an under-construction phase.
Problem
Most launch ads in Pune sell a render — the same glossy tower and amenity list — and buyers have learned not to trust it.
Insight (hypothesis)
Buyers don't fear the building; they fear what happens after they move in. "Is there water at 7 am? Do the lifts work? How long is the 9 am drive? Who are the neighbours?" Labelled a hypothesis, to be tested with 3–5 buyer interviews and channel-partner calls.
Strategy and idea
Strategy
Treat the finished Phase 1 as the proof; the new towers are the next chapter of a place that already works. Story order LIFE → PROOF → PRODUCT → VISIT.
Big idea
Photograph what exists. Draw what's next. Already = photography of daily life in Phase 1; Next = Towers E and F only as a thin white outline labelled "Proposed".
Creative direction / system
Visual direction
Bright, neutral daylight with visible wear; one sans family (Inter); navy setup / steel-blue payoff; yellow only where the ad asks for a visit; series number + "Concept project · AI-generated imagery" label on every ad; headlines ≤8 words. Campaign palette: Paper #F4F2ED, Navy #15233A, Steel #2B6A93, Visit yellow #F2D53C.
Process and production
Tools and contribution
Google Nano Banana (image generation from my prompts) · Inter (typeface) · Claude (strategy sparring, prompt drafting and layout build)
Image direction
All imagery was generated with Google Nano Banana from my prompts, then selected and built into the campaign. Ideas, copy, type, layout and selection are the creative work.
Decisions: what I cut and why
Key decisions
3 of 8 main images cut (entrance gate looked 15 years old; building corner read as a render; evening street had computer-made orange light — redone for 09) · ad 06 image swapped from street balconies to the front-door landing · ad 02 headline rewritten from "Someone waters this every morning." to the faith-neutral "Homes here already have their morning rituals." · ad 09 button: removed an invented walk schedule · first image round thrown out as hazy and stock-like.
Role, deliverables and credits
Role
Strategy, art direction, copy, image direction and selection, layout
Deliverables
9 statics (PNG 1080×1350 + vector PDF, contact sheet)
Outcome
Nothing ran.
There are no results to report. These are self-initiated concept campaigns, not client commissions.
Before a real launch
Test the insight; replace AI imagery with a real shoot; add verified prices, configurations and RERA details; measure which stage drives visits.
